Coaching_smlThe International Coach Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.  Coaching is a collaborative and dynamic process between the coach and the client to work purposefully on agreed-upon goals.

Approach to Coaching:

I am an accredited coach and provide a safe environment for clients to explore their values, strengths and opportunities for development and personal growth.  I work with clients to strengthen their personal effectiveness and help them focus on key priorities.  My approach to coaching is to:

  • Gain insights on what you would like to focus on and your goals for coaching.
  • Set up a 1.5 hour coaching discovery session to design our coaching alliance and how we will work together for the greatest impact.
  • A typical coaching assignment is based on 4 months of coaching.
  • Generally, coaching sessions include two 1-hour sessions per month.
  • Sessions can be held face-to-face or over the phone, or a combination of both (depending on location).
  • Additional support is included and available by phone/email. is an abiding understanding of who they are. It’s a level of acceptance the world.

  • Provided face-to-face and virtual coaching to individual clients in Canada and the US to support them in achieving their goals.
  • Provided coaching to high-potential talent in a business environment to improve personal and organizational objectives.
  • Designed and facilitated team coaching sessions to help teams work better together to accomplish their goals.
